What counts as an AI ticket?: One is counted when the AI gives a meaningful reply on a unique customer thread. Threads your team handles are unlimited, and spam is never counted. If you go over, you keep working; you only need to upgrade after exceeding the limit two months in a row.
Are seats really unlimited?: Yes, on every plan including Free. Invite founders, engineers and part-timers as agents or watchers without changing what you pay.
What happens after the 14-day trial?: You are asked to continue on the plan you chose. No card is taken up front, so nothing is charged until you decide.
Can I switch plans or cancel?: Any time, from the billing page. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
